Lochnaw's Skye's The Limit Skye
August 19, 1998 - August 19, 2009 ATChC Skye is an exceptionally pretty tri-color female. Her rich, shiny coat generates many compliments. She is a svelte beauty standing 21.5 inches at the withers.
Skye was an incredibly intriguing puppy. Her sensitivities to new situations
made the early months in our home an interesting challenge. However, I believe it is this
sensitivity that makes Skye a highly trainable dog today. She is fairly reserved with dogs she
doesn't know, but loves to romp with her many doggy friends. She is extremely people friendly and
figured out early that if she put her head on your lap and looked up at you with your big baby brown
eyes, she could get whatever she wanted.
Her intelligence is simply astounding. She learns quickly, often after only
one or two tries. It's uncanny, really, as there are things she knows that I swear I have not
taught her!
There is no question in my mind that Skye has tremendous potential as a working
dog. Couple this with how well she has integrated in our family and all I can say is "thank
goodness our paths crossed".
